Mavin Boy Spyce, an Afrobeat artist on the rise, has explained why he crossed a line to mail prominent actress Nancy Iheme.

He stated this in a recent interview with City 105.1 FM, confessing that he had mistaken Nancy Iheme for her because of how much they resembled one another.

He has been relentlessly teased by admirers over the similarity to the point where he decided to inform the actress of the fad.

When describing the actress’ response, he pointed out that she merely laughed about it and acknowledged having experienced the trend herself.

He stated:

“I would ask for Nancy Isime cuz I slid into her DMs and was like we look alike oh! Her hair is blonde and you’re from Edo State, we need to go and check our background. She just laughed and was like “Yeah, she has heard that before.”
